Working together since 1999 providing the John Lewis Group with Radio Communications Equipment & Solutions through Outright Purchase, Maintenance and Hire we are proud to have been re-awarded this accreditation. Most notably we worked with a number of Stores throughout 2016/2017 to upgrade them to Digital Radio Equipment these included Brent Cross, Cambridge, Victoria Street, Oxford Street and their Distribution Centres.

DCRS supply and support a multitude of Radio Communication Products & Solutions.
We handle the entire process of projects from start to finish, acting with the integrity and professionalism assured by our Accolades and Accreditations. Working in partnership with the site to agree on every stage of the project process, from site surveys during the testing periods to the final installation/delivery and training days.
We also provide a full Maintenance Service to Stores & Distribution. As an Authorised Channel Partner for Motorola Solutions, we offer a full direct service with our Qualified Engineers.
During a maintenance visit, we will carry out thorough checks on all infrastructure, software and portable equipment and advise on any issues, user damage, or other faults that can be rectified. Ad Hoc Repairs sent in by Stores & Distribution are carried out via our Service Centre.
As part of the assessment procedure our Policies, Procedures and Records are reviewed to demonstrate our abilities and compliance with all aspects of Health & Safety, Environment, Risk Management and Customer Service. This recent award now supplements our other 3rd party accreditations including SafeContractor and EXOR.
